Bridgette's remarkable journey includes serving in the United States Army, where she served on active duty. Her military background instilled a strong sense of discipline, leadership, and dedication to service.
With a successful track record in developing and overseeing multi-market networks, Bridgette consistently surpasses performance, revenue, and patient care objectives. In addition, she excels in building strategic partnerships with stakeholders, driving service line improvements, and revenue realization.
As a transformational leader, Bridgette optimizes operations, controls costs, and ensures financial performance and clinical integrity. Her deep understanding of client needs enables her to develop and implement value-added programs that exceed expectations.
With an MBA, M.S. in Information Systems Management and B.S. in Healthcare Management, Bridgette's education enhances her ability to lead and drive results. Her expertise spans health system and provider contracting, health plan management, strategic planning, financial modeling, and more.
Before founding Bridge R Solutions, Bridgette was National Vice President at Ascension and UnitedHealth Group. She has also worked for Anthem BCBS (Elevance Health) and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Her leadership and achievements have been recognized throughout her career.
